Welcome to Gynesis Photography. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using my photography services and website. By booking a session or using this site, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using my services
Booking & Payment
1.Booking Confirmation:
A booking is only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of 50% is paid. The remaining balance is due before the session or on the day of the shoot.
2.Payment Methods:
I accept payments via bank transfer/cash.
3.Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your session, the deposit is non-refundable.
4.Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Copyright & Usage Rights
1.Ownership:
I, Gynesis Photography, retain full copyright ownership of all images taken during the session. Clients receive a license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.Commercial Use:
If you wish to use the images for commercial purposes (e.g., advertising), additional fees and a separate licensing agreement will apply.
3.Editing Restrictions:
Clients may not alter or edit the images in any way without my prior written consent.
Image Delivery
1.Turnaround Time:
Edited images will be delivered within 2 – 4 Weeks of the session. Rush editing services may be available for an additional fee.
2.Delivery Method:
Images will be delivered via an online link / via whatsapp
3.Storage:
I recommend downloading and backing up your images immediately. I store images for 12 months but cannot guarantee their availability after this period.
Client Responsibilities
1.Punctuality:
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund.
2.Cooperation:
Clients are expected to cooperate during the session to ensure the best results. Disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the session without a refund.
3.Location Fees:
Any fees ( including transportation/fuel fees )for external locations (e.g., venue rentals) are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.
Liability & Indemnity
1.Liability:
I am not liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the session. Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.
2.Indemnity:
Clients agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the images or their conduct during the session.”
Model Release
By booking a session, you grant me permission to use the images for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, portfolio). If you do not wish to grant this permission, please notify me in writing before the session.
Website Terms of Use
1.Content Ownership:
All content on this website (e.g., images, text, logos) is owned by Gynesis Photography and is protected by copyright laws.
2.Prohibited Use:
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without my prior written consent.
Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
