Booking Your Photoshoot
Essential Information for Clients
Welcome to our Photography Guidelines and Information section. This page serves as your go-to resource for understanding the booking process, preparation, and what to expect during and after your photography session. We aim to make your experience as enjoyable and seamless as possible, ensuring you have all the information you need to feel confident and excited about your photoshoot.
To book your session, simply visit our website or contact us directly. We recommend scheduling your shoot at least a few weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
A deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
The deposit is non-refundable. This policy ensures the commitment from both parties, secures your spot and prevents last-minute cancellations that can disrupt the schedule.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. So in an event of a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer to reschedule your session based on availability.
Before your session we will discuss your vision and ideas. This could include themes and any specific shots you would like.
We will create a storyline to tell through your images.
We will intergrate objects or props that have meaning related to the theme or story for deeper impact.
Choose outfits and accessories that fit the theme and mood.
Always be prepared to modify the concept based on location, lighting , and other factors.
Always be spontaneous to inspire new ideas during the shoot.

Choosing the right location is key to capturing stunning images. We can recommend various locations based on your preferences-whether it’s our indoor studio, natural setting, an urban backdrop, or your own home. If you have a specific spot in mind, let us know!
Guidelines for Our Home Studio
If you plan to arrive by car, ensure that an extra person is available to drop you off and park elsewhere.
Our studio is set up to comfortably accommodate up to three guests with exception to kids. We kindly ask you to respect the space.
Outdoor Locations: These may include Botanical Gardens, Nature Reserves, Rooftop Venues, Urban Streets, Lakes and Ponds, Historical Sites, Parks
Private Location: These may include Clients’ Home, Hotels, Airbnb, Coffee Shops, Libraries, Dressing Rooms
Please Note:
Ensure travel does not exceed the duration of the shoot.
For any location requiring travel, calculate transport costs based on Uber/Bolt prices to and from our location.
Confirm availability of the chosen location in advance to avoid last-minute issues.
Verify if any location you chose requires permission or permits, especially in public places or reserved spaces.
For Graduation shoots, please note we don’t shoot at the University premises unless satisfied that private photograghers are allowed.
Outdoor and Private locations should have the necessary amenities for the shoot, including sanitation, safety measures, and comfort for all participants.
The scheduled time for your session includes all activities, such as changing clothes, applying makeup, and actual shooting time.
Please arrive early to allow adequate time for changing outfits and makeup. Ensure you are ready to begin at the scheduled start time. You are free to have any necessary clothing, props, or accessories.
We are strict about timekeeping. If you arrive late, your session will not be extended, and the full session fee will still apply. Late arrivals affect not only your session but also subsequent appointments.
If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible.
Utilize your scheduled time wisely. Plan your outfit changes and makeup application efficiently to maximize your shooting time.
Preparation is essential for a successful session. We recommend coordinating outfits, selecting props, and considering hairstyles in advance. A natural look and comfortable clothing that reflects your personality will help you feel more at ease.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Consider how your outfit will look on camera.
We do not provide clothing options, including for babies or maternity sessions. It’s important that you come prepared with your chosen outfits.
Bring any personal props you wish to use. This includes items that reflect your personality or enhance your theme. We do not supply props.
Plan your outfit changes and any necessary accessories in advance. Ensure that all clothing is clean, wrinkle-free, and suitable for the session’s purpose
Choose colors that compliment your skin tone and overall theme of the shoot.
Footwear should also be comfortable and appropriate for the setting. If multiple outfits are planned, consider bringing options.
Arrive on time and come prepared to maximize your session. If you have specific clothing or prop ideas, discuss them with us in advance to ensure they fit the session’s style.
We aim to create a relaxed atmosphere during your shoot. Feel free to express yourself and bring your personality into the session. Our goal is to capture authentic moments while guiding you through poses and expressions.
Post Shoot Process
After the shoot, we’ll review your photos where you will be able to select your favorite images for final editing.
Expect a standard editing timeframe. Typically, it takes about 2-4 weeks for your images to be professionally edited and finalized.
Final images will be delivered in high-resolution JPEG format. You’ll receive a digital download link.
We provide only edited final images, not unedited or raw files.
Photos will be stored for a period of 1 year after the intial delivery. After this time, images are deleted so please ensure to back up your copies.
You can request extra edits beyond the agreed-upon package. Any additional editing will incur extra charges.
We encourage feedback on edits and style preferences from the start to ensure the final outcomes meet your vision.
We value your feedback! Expect a follow-up message checking in on your satisfaction and inviting you to discuss any future sessions or referrals. This helps us improve for future sessions.
If you share your images on social media, please tag us. We love to see how you showcase your memories!
After the session, we will carefully edit the images and deliver them to you within a specified time frame. You will receive a link in your gallery, where you can download and share your photos.

Terms and Conditions
All parties must maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during collaboration.
If either party must cancel, a minimum of 48 hour notice is required.
All posts must credit each collaborator in alignment with agreed-upon terms.
Each party is responsible for their own actions and any liabilities that arise from the collaboration.

You can earn referral rewards by introducing new clients to my photography services. Successful referrals will earn you a referral fee.
Joining the Referral Program
You need to sign-up on the form below and simply fill out a short registration form.
After registration, when you have been accepted in our program, you will receive a unique referral link or code.
Referrals must be new clients who have never booked our services before.
Our referral fees will be 10% of the total sale based on the chosen package. Example: If a client choose a package that cost R1000, with our 10% referral fee, that means you will earn R100 for each successful referral.
Referral fees will be paid within 10 days after the successful payment of the referred client’s booking.
After being successfully accepted in our Referral Programme, you are encouraged to reach to potential clients and mention your referral and its benefits.
Share with your friends, family, and acquaintances.
Referral fees are granted only upon successful payment for the referred client’s booking.
Fees are redeemed and transferred via Bank Transfer or Cash.
Cancellations by referred clients will void the referral fee.
The program may be adjusted or terminated at any time, with prior notice.
